We offer a variety of monthly group 9D breathwork journeys in Perth and 1:1 integrative counselling sessions for those wanting to let go of trauma, reconnect with their intuition and live from a place of wholeness & presence.
I'm on a mission to create safe and nurturing spaces where the Perth community can connect, heal and feel supported.
I’m a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and a Qualified Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator based in Perth. I’ve also trained in India in a traditional Yoga Teacher Training program, deepening my understanding of breath, embodiment and the mind body connection.
My work blends integrative counselling, somatic therapy and breathwork in a trauma informed and heart led approach.
