Hi my name is João and I am on a Mission to create safe spaces for the community to Connect, to Feel and Support one another & give these powerful healing modalities of Connection, Breathwork & Meditation a go as I believe they are the antidote of many diseases of the body & mind caused by todays modern society way of living.

What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is an unique, immersive breathwork journey that blends ancient breathing technique with 9 multi-dimensional soundscape. A combination of breathwork, hypnosis, a range of different vibrations, sounds & frequencies to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas & help re-wire the brain.
